Doreen Nalwadda

Accounts Assistant

Doreen Nalwadda is the Accounts Assistant at Palliative Care Association of Uganda. She has been working with PCAU since February 2020. Her role in general is to assist the Finance Officer in carrying out specific financial and accounting roles which include; preparing payment requests, reviewing/ensuring proper accountability of advanced funds to staff, proper filing of financial documents, implementing the payroll, filing taxes among others.

She loves the fact that PCAU’s work is aimed at helping the terminally ill and their families/children during trying times and when their parents/guardians have finally passed on.

Doreen holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management (finance and accounting) major from Uganda Martyrs’ University Nkozi.
