Kyomuhangi Zipporah is the Administration and Membership Officer at the Palliative Care Association of Uganda (PCAU). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Management, from the University of Kisubi, affiliated with Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi.

With over five years of experience at PCAU, Zipporah has built strong expertise in administration, membership coordination, resource mobilization for nonprofit organizations, and project implementation. She leads initiatives to grow and strengthen PCAU’s membership, coordinating over 2,000 individual members, life members, and institutional members. She also supports resource mobilization efforts to sustain and expand the association’s programs.

Her professional experience encompasses stakeholder engagement, human resource administration, NGO legal and regulatory compliance, and program coordination. Through her work, Zipporah contributes to strengthening PCAU’s institutional capacity, fostering member engagement, and advancing its mission of promoting access to palliative care for all in Uganda.
