Dr. Henry Ddungu

BOARD PRESIDENT

Dr. Ddungu is a consultant Hematology/Oncology at the Uganda Cancer Institute. Hitherto, he worked as a clinician providing palliative care services to terminally ill cancer and AIDS patients at Hospice Africa Uganda and as a Regional Palliative Care Advocate with the African Palliative Care Association (APCA). He is passionate about teaching palliative care and has taught palliative care in many African countries. He has worked on different peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in the field of palliative care.
