Upcoming PCAU Members Annual Get-Together Dinner 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, the PCAU Members Annual Get-Together is set for December 5th, 2025, at the Fairway Hotel, Kampala. The theme for this year’s Dinner is: “Empowering Children and Youth to Engage and Strengthen Compassionate Communities in Uganda.”

The event will support the expansion of the School Compassionate Community Program, including the establishment of more Palliative Care Clubs across primary and secondary schools nationwide. Our fundraising goal is UGX 100 million, which will support 10 hospices collaborating with 10 schools over the next two years. School clubs foster compassionate individuals, raise awareness on disease prevention, and cultivate community service. Through this initiative, PCAU seeks to reawaken communities to care for the sick, frail, and older people in times of illness, suffering, death, and bereavement.

During the Dinner, we will: Share updates on the Compassionate Community Program, Celebrate PCAU’s achievements in 2025, Provide networking and advocacy opportunities, Present recognition awards, Raise funds to support palliative care initiatives
