Research and M&E Officer

Cynthia Kabagambe is the Research and M&E Officer at PCAU, where she supports IT operations and manages the mHealth Surveillance Project aimed at collecting and managing data on palliative care services in Uganda.

During her 3 years at PCAU, she loves that PCAU continues to transform people’s lives through its programs and activities ensuring palliative care is available for all those in need in Uganda.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute.
